Lord of the Rings: Tale of the Greenwood Hobbits

Hobbits will be coming from all corners of the shire on Oct 6th to view the Middle Earth premiere of the Lord of the Rings: Tale of the Greenwood Hobbits.

This movie is 9 hours of Lord of the Rings condensed into 4 minutes and we're planning on filming the final 10 minutes soon.

Starring local celebrities from Greenwood Village and Piney Creek including Alfred Williams (former Denver Bronco) and Parker Slattery (owner of Winston the mini-pig).

Invitation

Inviting all Hobbits, Dwarves, Elves, Wizards and Beastly Creatures of Middle Earth!

Come and relax by the Greenwood Shire Hobbit House to meet new friends and fellow conspirators.

We promise plenty of excitement, honeycake, ale, mead, and reasonable reward.

Please come dressed in your best Elven gown, valued cloak or scavenged Orc-Armor.

For this occasion, shoes ARE allowed.

Please bring your entire clan and settle in for the full gathering or just pop in to quaff on seed cake and cider.

Sign into your Uber account on your smartphone - Create an account if necessary.

Go to Menu (three lines on top left)

Click 'Payment'

Scroll to the bottom and click 'Add Promo Code'

Type in 'HOBBITSEVENT'

Click ‘Add’

You now have 2 free rides, for up to $50 each ride (to and from the Hobbit Party @ 7180 E Berry Ave) saved to your account that will work on the day of the party. Order your Uber as usual - it will show as $0.00 when ordered to and from the party on the day!

2. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DRIVE:

Parking is available at the parking lot at 5350 South Roslyn St., Greenwood Village CO 80111

Look for the Hobbit holding a sign!

Shuttles to and from the party will run every 10 minutes starting at 3:45 ...or it’s an easy 10 minute walk

Return shuttles run until 11pm

3. IF YOU LIVE IN GREENWOOD HILLS

there will be a Hobbit Shuttle picking up at Jennifer and Ace's house at 6060 E. Berry Avenue from 3:45 - 6:30 pm.

Please don't park in their driveway.

Hobbit Shuttle will take guests back to Jennifer and Ace's house from 9 pm until 11 pm.

Don your hobbity, elf-like or beastly best costume. You may visit your local thrift store for fantastic finds, stop by a costume shop or dig deep in your own hobbit closet. If inspiration eludes you, fear not, we will have a cloak and pointy ears for you upon arrival.
